As the complexity of modern SoC (System-on-Chip) design explodes, fast and effective design space explorations is becoming more and more difficult to achieve due to higher demands of computation resources. To address these problems, IBM research team has been working on AI/ML-infused IC design orchestration methodology in order to produce higher quality of results (QoRs) in shorter turnaround time (TAT). In this presentation, we will illustrate how we provide more scalable IC design capabilities that produces higher performance designs utilizing AI/ML-driven techniques on hybrid cloud platform.
