Carbon nanotube electronics

The electronic properties of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were presented. The fabrication and characteristics of carbon nanotubes field-effect transistors (CNTFETs) and integrated circuits were also presented. It was found that the multi-walled nanotubes (MWCNTs) possessed a complex electronic structure, in which each carbon atom shell was metallic or semiconducting.
