Accelerated Discovery for a Sustainable Semiconductor Industry

This talk will cover some examples of how IBM Research is applying AI technologies, particularly large language models and multi-modal foundation models, to help the semiconductor industry address key sustainability challenges and ensure a sustainable future for computing, with an emphasis on driving the development and adoption of safer and more sustainable chemistries and processes.
