My current research revolves around cryptography, security and privacy. In particular I am involved in design and implementation of cryptographic protocols for blockchain interoperability in context of CBDCs, decentralised identity based on verifiable credentials. I also actively pursue research in improving efficiency of primitives for verifiable computation such as lookup arguments and polynomial commitment schemes. In the past I have worked on applications of cryptography to privacy preserving machine learning, secure collaborative computation etc. I am also generally interested in other aspects of discrete mathematics and theoretical computer science.
I have a Masters in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and PhD in Mathematical Sciences from Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.
