Manish Kesarwani

I am a Research Scientist at IBM Research India and a Ph.D. scholar at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, working in the Database Systems Lab with Prof. Jayant Haritsa (IISc) and Dr. Sameep Mehta (IBM IRL). I am an IEEE Senior Member with over a decade of research experience at IBM Research. Prior to this, I completed my Master’s degree at IISc, Bangalore.

At IBM Research, my current focus is on building question answering (Q/A) systems over hybrid data lakes, while as part of my Ph.D. I am exploring how quantum computing can advance the design of DBMS engines.
