Alessandro Pomponio is a Research Engineer and a member of the Next Generation Systems and Cloud team in IBM Research Europe – Ireland. His work focuses on optimizing containerized workflows and accelerating the scientific discovery process. His main areas of interests include container orchestration, cloud programming models and technologies.
Alessandro holds a M.Sc. degree with honors in Computer Engineering from the University of Bologna.
