The carrier-resolved photo Hall (CRPH) technique is an advanced measurement method that provides comprehensive insights into both majority and minority carrier properties in semiconductors. We have recently enhanced our CRPH capabilities by incorporating a variable-temperature cryostat, enabling measurements from temperature of 20 K to 340 K. Here, we present a variable-temperature CRPH study on high-performance perovskite solar films with a recent record power conversion efficiency of 25.7%. Our study maps photoconductivity, carrier mobilities, photocarrier density, carrier lifetime, and diffusion length as a function of temperature. Notably, we observe unique behaviors such as peak mobility and photoconductivity near room temperature, consistent with the high-performance characteristics of these films. This work demonstrates the valuable insights attainable through variable-temperature CRPH studies.
