Theory of work-function changes induced by submonolayer alkali adsorption
Abstract
The behavior of the work-function vs. coverage curve for alkali adsorption onto high-work-function substrates is reproduced by treating self-consistently a very simple ('jellium') model of the metallic substrate-adsorbate system. © 1971.
