Superconductivity in AlN bistable resistance devices

The observation of superconductivity is reported in the low-resistance states of AlN bistable resistance devices. The data are interpreted as evidence in favor of the existence of a metallic microbridge between the device electrodes. © 1974 American Institute of Physics.
