Renormalization-group treatment of the -incommensurate transition in quartz and berlinite
Abstract
The novel -incommensurate transition in quartz and berlinite is studied in the μ=4-d expansion. It has no stable fixed point, indicating that the transition is first order. © 1987 The American Physical Society.
