Optical and electrical properties of metallic SmS films

Preparation, absorption, conductivity, and Hall coefficient of metallic SmS films are reported. The results support the "virtual bound state" model which was recently introduced for explanation of the properties of alloys of SmS with other rare earths. © 1975.
