Nonstoichiometry of SrTiO3 seen by EPR of reduced crystals
Abstract
EPR measurements on reduced SrTiO3 indicate the existence of Sr vacancies in as-grown flame-fusion and top-seeded solution-grown crystals. No indication of Sr vacancies was found in flux-grown crystals. A new paramagnetic center induced by reduction is also reported. © 1981.
