We present "LogAn", a first-of-a-kind LLM-powered intelligent log analytics tool that is designed for analyzing the behaviour of systems and applications under faulty conditions. The tool consists of an easy-to-use interactive GUI-based interface that presents relevant information in the form of error cues and signals from logs data and various analytics and summaries to help IT engineers get a better understanding of where the pressing issues are. LogAn has been successfully deployed in production and is now actively utilized by IBM Software Support.
