Intra-node High-performance Computing Network Architecture with Fast Optical Switch Fabrics

We study the performance of a single-stage network that uses co-packaged optics and nanosecond-scale photonic switches. Simulation results show ≥90% throughput for messages of 32 KB and reconfiguration ×of ≤72 ns at 400 Gb/s.
