By introducing explicit boundary conditions, collision dynamics is converted to an equivalent bound-state problem. A modification of Percival's method is used to find the invariant toroids. The non-holonomic constraint introduced by the boundary conditions is treated with linear programming methods. The resulting theory can be applied to reactive collisions. © 1981.
