Epr detection of triple Li ion centers in lithium-diffused Mn doped GaP crystals
Abstract
The presence of triple lithium ion centers (LiGa- 2Lii+)+ in lithium-diffused GaP crystals previously doped with Mn is inferred from combined electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and electrical data. © 1969 The American Institute of Physics.
