Computerized Calculation of Small Signal and Noise Properties of Microwave Transistors
Abstract
The small signal and noise equivalent circuit of a microwave transistor is evaluated using an analog simulation model. The noise figure has been determined with the same model as a function of the source admittance and the frequency. The s parameters and noise figures are compared with the results calculated on a digital computer. © 1969 IEEE. All rights reserved.
