Comment on "Physical limits to quantum flux parametron operation"

Goto et al. claim that for the quantum flux parametron "there is no minimum dissipation per step even for logically irreversible computation". In actual fact, Goto et al. embed an irreversible operation in a more complex reversible operation. © 1993.
