Carcinogenicity of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons: A dialogue
Abstract
A discussion between a biochemist and a theoretical chemist reviews the insights that quantum chemistry brings to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon carcinogenicity. Limitations as well as successes of the theory are described. The importance of communication between theorists and experimentalists in this complicated field is emphasized. © 1988.
