AI chiplets in an open ecosystem:  barriers and solution approaches

The emerging chiplet paradigm is expected to drive significant changes in the development of future integrated electronics systems. In this talk, with a focus on AI as a critical use case, we discuss (1) challenges associated with the transition to this paradigm and (2) potential solutions to those challenges.
