A unified approach to interpreting measurement data in performance management applications
Abstract
A task common to many performance management applications is interpreting measurement data, such as identifying performance bottlenecks. This paper describes a uniform approach to representing measurement inter-relationships that supports measurement interpretation for a variety of performance management applications.
