Bio

Rodrigo Bandarra currently leads strategies to transform the customer experience at IBM Research - Brazil, guiding efforts from insight discovery to the execution of innovations. Prior to this he held other strategic (or other descriptive word) roles at IBM including Agile Facilitator and Senior Analyst in Corporate Social Responsibility.

His expertise spans facilitating Design Thinking and experience mapping, skills honed through real-world challenges and interdisciplinary projects. He is driven by the power of technology to create meaningful connections and enhance how people interact with products and services. Multiple recognitions for collaboration and innovation, including as the Project Manager for IBM Colloquium and IBM Quantum Summit Latin America, highlight the impact of his work and the value he brings to teams and communities within IBM, always with a keen eye on trends and the practical application of knowledge in business scenarios.

Rodrigo has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Product Management & Growth Hacking Discovery, Delivery & Scale from the Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista (FIAP).
