Career With a career spanning sales, system developing, IT infrastructure design, and collaboration platform implementation, Naoyuki Furuya brings a unique blend of technical depth and strategic vision to every project. Starting in new business sales, he built a strong foundation in client engagement before transitioning to system engineer, where he led multi-company development teams and successfully turned around several high-risk infrastructure projects. His expertise in both application and infrastructure design led him to spearhead major collaboration platform initiatives, including global rollouts and cloud migrations. Over eight years, he earned nine internal awards for excellence in project execution. Currently at IBM Think Lab Tokyo, he delivers presentations on cutting-edge IBM Research technologies to automotive clients and leads internal webinars to promote technological awareness across the organization.
